  • Representing a multinational electric utility and a consortium of solar energy companies in litigation before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit involving EPA's Clean Power Plan, which limits greenhouse gas emissions from power plants
  • Representing and advising clients regarding the U.S. Department of the Interior's coal leasing procedures under the Mineral Leasing Act, Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act, and National Environmental Policy Act
