We find that it is usually to everyone’s interest to deal with issues cooperatively, but we are also prepared to litigate when necessary.

Our practice has many facets. We counsel our clients regarding compliance with environmental regulations, and seek to shape regulations on their behalf. We help our clients understand proposed legislation and create legislative strategies to advance their interests. We represent our clients before state pollution agencies, the federal district courts, the U.S. Courts of Appeal, and the Supreme Court. We help States craft and defend environmental regulations. We approach every matter with the objective of achieving our client’s goals with the minimum of time, energy and expense.
