He has shaped the Clean Air Act and its implementation in the regulatory process and before the federal courts since 1970.
As a result, he has an extraordinary understanding of the law and the EPA and Congressional policy processes, and working relationships with many environmental policy makers in both public and private sectors.
Ms. Olson is a graduate of the Vermont Law School, the nation’s premier environmental law program.
She previously worked for Senator James M. Jeffords and as a law clerk at the U.S. Department of Justice, Environment and Natural Resources Division.
